Please note that we will only accept exchanges on damaged, defective or incorrect products free of charge within 5 business days of your receipt of the order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is incorrect, or is unfit for use due to visible damage or contamination, email us at customerservice@ochasis.com for exchange instructions along with your order number, a short description of the problem and photographic proof.
If merchandise is damaged in transit, please save the package to file a damage claim at your local post office.
Once your request is approved, we will ship the same item or the correct item you originally ordered to you. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer an exchange for a product of equal value.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchanges:
- Any opened item
- Any used item
- Any item not in its original packaging
- Any item not in the same condition that you received it
- Any item for which an exchange is requested more than 5 business days after delivery
